When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Please note there may be delays depending on what province you are in. We ship out of Toronto, Ontario. There may be delays in delivery due to COVID-19 - please note these circumstances are out of our control. If you need a product quickly, consider our pick-up options! 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Yes! Simply email info@nisahomes.com . Please include your order number in the subject line.

Will I receive my order in time for Eid?
We try our best to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. However, there may be delays in delivery due to COVID-19 - please note these circumstances are out of our control. If you need a product quickly, consider our pick-up option!

What is your return policy?
All items are final sale. However, if you have an issue with your order, we are happy to make an exchange if the item is in stock.

Will I receive a tax receipt for this?
No, we do not issue tax receipts for purchased goods. However, your contributions will still make a difference by providing shelter for women and children fleeing abuse and homelessness!

What countries do you currently ship to?
Currently we only ship to Canada and the US.

The item I wanted is out of stock! Will it come back?
Unfortunately, many items are limited edition and will only be available for the time being. We have a lot of new inventory upcoming - so keep an eye out!

Where does the money from my purchase go?
Proceeds go towards providing shelter and support services for our 10 transitional homes across Canada.
